Primary Responsibility:

  • The job duties include a minimum of 55-75 calls per day/275-375 per week, refilling medication per protocol, conveying messages from the provider to the patient, referral assistance, order labs per protocol, appointment reminders, and HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED or equivalent experience
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or relevant experience
  • Current CPR and / or BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
  • Access to reliable transportation

Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $27.31 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
