Position Summary

Seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Demo Specialist to join our sales enablement team, focusing on demonstrating L&W's powerful suite of systems solutions to existing clients and new prospects. Works in a collaborative team environment with a group of exceptional sales, product, and marketing departments. The ability to work quickly and efficiently as part of a team, take direction, and maintain a positive attitude.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work.

  • Works with necessary internal teams to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements.

  • Communicate with the sales team to understand client demands and offer sales support where necessary.

  • Establish customer rapport and acceptance.

  • Plan for modifications to products to meet client demands.

  • Help clients to solve problems with product usage.

  • Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective.

  • Respond to Request for Quotations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Onsite visits to current customers as needed

  • Identify and communicate new sales opportunities from current customers

  • Meet Key Performance Objectives related to Sales Enablement

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Provide monthly demo/sales report

Qualifications

Training and/or Experience

  • 5 to 8 Years Sales/Sales Training Experience (Combination of Inside and Outside Preferred)

  • 5 Years Experience in Technical or Related Field

  • Supervisory experience preferred

  • Gaming industry experience is preferred, but not required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to utilize CRM.

  • Have strong multi-tasking skills.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability Enjoy working in a creative environment.

  • Work well with others in a team environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience required

Work Conditions:

  • The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations.

  • Possible domestic and international travel - up to 30%

  • If based in Las Vegas, the role will be considered Hybrid (not fully remote)

Pay Transparency:

The targeted pay range for this role is $100,000- $110,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well asinternal equity and alignment with market data.
